Our standard operational capabilities for any given project are listed below:

Benefiting from an enviable portfolio of experience drawn from the military, Ambulance Service and offshore sector, we provide basic and advanced event and production medical support, specialising in remote and environmentally hostile locations.

Having supplied various specialised teams to television and film projects in a variety of extreme and hazardous conditions we realized the need for continuously developing and perfecting unique skills and equipment for the extraction and egress of casualties from in, under and on water to further medical aid.

Quite simply, we discovered that there was no professional bridge between the casualty in the water and the ambulance or paramedic waiting to take over care of the injured.

By ensuring that our divers and water safety teams are swift water rescue trained to the same high standard as the fire brigade (NFPA 1670/1006), but with the added expertise of skills and disciplines outside their operational remit, we believe we are one of the only teams dedicated to this kind of work, qualified to this level.

Our team medics match and exceed the standards that most companies can offer. We operate under the Joint Royal Colleges Ambulance Liaison Committee Guidelines (NHS JRCALC) as well as having personnel practiced in Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support, and affiliated to the Royal College of Surgeons Faculty of Pre Hospital Care (Edinburgh)

Our personnel carry HSE/Remote Offshore locations medic qualifications as standard which covers you fully. We can also offer Unit Nurses and Paramedics to complement our team medics, which enable us to serve your production cast and crew as well as our own teams without conflict or distraction.

In addition to this, many of our team are First Aid at Work, Primary & Secondary Care, Care for Children and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) Instructors and can offer First Aid at Work courses and First Aid training alongside or separate to our medical services for productions and events.

We are proud to have over 25 years of experience in offering this level of medical support in some of the most hostile locations in the world including: Bosnia, Iraq, Rwanda, the West Indies, Scandinavia, South America, Mt Everest/Himalayas.
